‘The Origin of Species’ Published
I couldn’t be more pleased.
Even if I do say so myself, I really like this story and I’m quite proud of it. Happily, I see it currently has a 4.5 star rating so someone else must agree with me!
The inspiration for this story came a few years ago from this news article about some kids in Panama who came across, and sadly killed, some kind of mutant beast, rumored to be a shaved sloth. The story stuck with me for a while and formed the basis for what became this little bit of cryptozoological flash fiction.
